Each year, Super Lawyers selects attorneys through a multi-phase selection process based on peer nominations, evaluations and independent research. Only 5% of the total lawyers in each state are selected to this list. Founding partner, Dennis Freed was honored (for the fourth year in a row) in the Top 50 Super Lawyers in Oregon. Managing Partner, Jeffrey Eberhard was recognized for 10 years on the Oregon Super Lawyers list. The Rising Stars designation is for the top 2.5% of attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.
