Unice’s practice areas focus on Commercial Liability Defense and Automotive Defense. Unice was on the Animal Law Review, and she graduated with a law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. Prior to joining Smith Freed Eberhard, Unice completed a year of contractual work as well as clerked for the Presiding Judge at the Multnomah County Circuit Court. Outside of work, Unice enjoys playing sports, particularly tennis in the summer.
Phil’s practice areas cover Commercial Liability Defense and Automotive Defense. He earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, where he was honored as a Multnomah Bar Association Fellow, a Lew and Ann Williams Business Law Fellow, and a Frohnmayer Leadership Program Fellow. Originally from the East Coast, Phil has embraced the Pacific Northwest as his home. He is often outdoors, rain or shine—usually climbing, hiking, or simply enjoying the scenery.
Alex is on a Commercial Liability Defense team. Prior to joining Smith Freed Eberhard, Alex earned his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School, where he served as a legal extern for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas and worked as a law clerk for the Public Defenders of Marion County. When Alex is not working, he enjoys playing tennis, playing in his band, or catching a movie at the Hollywood theater.
