2021 Oregon Super Lawyers© and Rising Stars

Smith Freed Eberhard is pleased to announce Jeff Eberhard has been selected for the 2021 Edition of Super Lawyers, a rating service of outstanding attorneys from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Additionally, three of our attorneys were recognized in the 2021 Edition of Super Lawyers Rising Stars.

Only five percent of attorneys receive the Super Lawyers honor, and only two and a half percent receive the Rising Stars honor. Super Lawyers recognizes extraordinary lawyers in the practice through a patented selection process that includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.

To receive recognition from Super Lawyers each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. The objective is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel.
