As one of three female partners of the firm, DEI is very important to me. I joined the committee so I could listen and learn from others. I hope to take the lessons, skills, and knowledge I gain from my work with this committee and apply it to both my mentoring at SFE and my everyday life. In a time when people are more divided than ever, DEI is critical not only to the success of our firm but also to our society as a whole.
