Smith Freed Eberhard is seeking an experienced civil litigation attorney to join our Portland office in our Personal Injury and Commercial Litigation practice area.
Personal lines includes: automotive liability, premises liability, wrongful death, underinsured motorist
(UM), uninsured motorist (UIM), and personal injury protection (PIP).
Commercial litigation includes: defense of large loss claims for personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage, and includes claims for premise liability, products liability, liquor liability, trucking accidents, defamation, plus a variety of other business related torts.

The ideal candidate for this position is an attorney with 3+ years of experience in civil litigation who has demonstrated the ability to handle complex assignments in a lead role, work independently, have excellent research, writing, communication and interpersonal skills, handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, and be a member of the Oregon or Washington State Bar in good standing and/or recent graduation with Juris Doctor Degree from an ABA accredited school.
