  • Administration and oversight of all invoice processing in a high volume environment
  • Ensure and schedule the timely processing and payment of all invoices according to firm policies and client guidelines
  • Enter the correct general ledger code to all payments and employee expense reimbursements
  • Work closely with the Billing Department to ensure all client costs are properly billed to clients
  • Maintain historical records and documentation
  • Manage credit card reconciliation and posting of expenses to general ledger.
  • Collect and verify vendor tax ID information
  • Assist with year-end 1099 supplier tax reporting
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve all invoices or payment discrepancies


  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable role
  • Experience working in a law firm or public accounting setting preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Detail oriented and creative problem solver
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast –paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
  • Demonstrated effective communication and presentation skills working with multiple peer groups and levels of management
