Former Hoffman Hart & Wagner LLP Attorneys Move To Smith Freed & Eberhard

Portland, OR – January 4, 2012 - Smith Freed & Eberhard is proud to announce that experienced litigation attorneys Michael “Mick” Hoffman and Stephen Rasmussen have joined the Firm’s Portland, Oregon office. Formerly a founding partner of Hoffman Hart & Wagner LLP, Mick Hoffman will join the Firm as a partner and will lead the Firm’s medical malpractice practice group. Also formerly of Hoffman Hart & Wagner LLP, attorney Steve Rasmussen will handle both general litigation and medical malpractice claims.
