Jeff Eberhard Appointed to Board of Directors for Oregon Association of Defense Counsel

Jeff Eberhard, Managing Partner for Smith Freed & Eberhard, was appointed to the board of directors for the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel. The Oregon Association of Defense Counsel is a nonprofit organization for defense-oriented civil litigators whose goals are to provide a unified voice for defense concerns in Oregon, offer networking opportunities and sponsor continuing legal education.

Mr. Eberhard’s practice focuses on civil litigation throughout Oregon and Washington, with an emphasis on the defense of commercial liability claims, dram shop/liquor liability and large automobile accidents. Mr. Eberhard is a NITA Master Advocate, has been listed as a 2011 Best Lawyers in American and is an Oregon Super Lawyer.
