Jeffrey D. Eberhard to Speak at 2010 Council on Litigation Management Conference

New York, NY - - (PR.COM) - - 01/07/10 - - Jeffrey D. Eberhard, Attorney at Smith Freed & Eberhard, has been selected to speak at the 2010 Annual Conference of the Council on Litigation Management (CLM).  Mr. Eberhard is slated to speak on the topic “Vendor or Partner?   The Impact Your Relationship With Outside Counsel Has On The Defense Dollar.”

The conference will be one of the largest, fully inclusive defense industry conferences in 2010.  It will be held March 24-26 in Pointe Vedra, Florida, will feature approximately 150 speakers and is expected to draw attendees from around the world.  Registration for the conference is now open at www.litmgmt.org/annual-conference.

Jeff Eberhard serves as the managing partner of Smith Freed & Eberhard. His practice focuses on civil litigation throughout Oregon and Washington, with an emphasis on the defense of commercial liability claims and large automobile accidents.

Jeff has over 20 years experience working on civil litigation cases. He has represented a wide range of clients in complex, high-profile matters, including insurance companies and their insureds.
