Professional Experience
During law school, Kyle clerked with a mid-sized insurance defense firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He also served as the Managing Editor for the Duquesne University Business Law Journal. Shortly after graduating from law school, Kyle moved to Oregon and joined the firm as an associate on Daniel Thenell’s team. He devotes a significant portion of his practice to first party claims with a focus on SIU and fraud work for Oregon insurers.
