Professional Experience
Kyle has been a member of Jeffrey Eberhard's litigation defense team since 2003. Prior to joining the firm, Kyle served as a certified law clerk with the Oregon Department of Justice, where he gained significant litigation experience specializing in the recovery of self-insured losses resulting from the conduct of negligent third parties. Kyle’s practice focuses on personal injury litigation and litigation involving self-insured rental car companies in Oregon and Washington.
