Professional Experience
During the summer after his first year of law school, Jeremy went to work as a law clerk in the Trial Division, Torts and Employment section of the Oregon Department of Justice and remained employed there until his final semester of law school. After resigning, he participated in the prosecution clinic, prosecuting misdemeanor offenses in Douglas County Circuit Court. Shortly after graduation, Jeremy accepted a position as an associate attorney at Smith Freed & Eberhard.
