Professional Experience
Keith has a general civil litigation practice that includes state and federal court litigation, employment law, construction law, municipal law, civil rights, professional negligence, products liability, and personal injury defense. Prior to joining the firm, Keith had a solo practice and also worked for another large insurance defense firm in Portland, Oregon.

• Extensive experience in briefing and arguing dispositive motions in both federal and state courts.
• Experience in defending first and third party claims on behalf of insureds and insurers.
• Experience in defending employment related claims involving private and public employers.
• Defended cities, counties, and law enforcement in numerous cases involving claims of civil rights violations throughout Oregon. 
• Diverse legal background that includes representing corporations/businesses in transactional matters as well as criminal defense experience in both state and federal courts.
