Professional Experience
Rob grew up in Salem, Oregon and has been practicing law since 1997. His practice emphasizes insurance defense, including construction litigation, products liability, premises liability, automobile claims, personal injury, subrogation, business transactions and business litigation. Prior to returning to Oregon in 1999, Rob was an entertainment lawyer in Houston, Texas as associate general counsel for SFX Entertainment and Clear Channel in various aspects of the entertainment industry. Before attending law school, he served for several years as a Senior Claim Representative for State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, handling first party property claims and subrogation.
Significant Representations- Extensive litigation and trial experience in product liability, personal injury, and construction project defect litigation.
- Successfully represented the founding member of one of the Portland area’s largest local accounting firms in a judicial valuation/shareholder oppression case.
- Significant experience in Federal litigation.
