Professional Experience
Jack manages the firm’s construction group, emphasizing the defense of developers, contractors and trades in construction defect claims. Jack has twelve years experience litigating and arbitrating construction claims and also has expertise in business transactions, government, environmental and real estate law.
Significant Representations

Practice is limited to defense of construction claims involving industrial, commercial and residential projects.

Emphasis in exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) and other "building envelope" water intrusion damage claims; work in this area includes extensive contacts with architectural, engineering and other building science experts.
