Professional Experience
Mark's practice emphasizes construction litigation and commercial real estate transactions and disputes. He primarily represents general contractors and developers in complex construction litigation, represents parties in real estate disputes and defends establishments in liquor liability (dram shop) cases. He has represented businesses in lease transactions, as well as purchasers and sellers of commercial real estate. He also served as a law clerk to the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals. In addition, Mark has authored articles and given presentations on construction, real estate and title matters and drafted legislation.

  • Defends general contractors and developers in complex construction litigation claims, including condominium/commercial real estate claims with more than $10 million in demands and claims involved in AAA arbitration
