Professional Experience
Josh specializes in the defense of personal injury and wrongful death claims. He has considerable experience in criminal defense, civil litigation and family law. Prior to joining Smith Freed, Josh gained work experience in the areas of civil litigation and criminal defense at a small firm in Salem, Oregon. While attending law school, he participated in a study abroad program in London, UK, where he served as an intern for the high profile firm of Hickman & Rose, developing a proficiency in the area of human rights violations.
