Professional Experience
Denny’s practice concentrates on trial and resolution of complex civil cases. Denny is a seasoned attorney with over 30 years of experience in a variety of litigation areas including job-site injury, premises liability, construction dispute, products liability, business tort, large automobile injury, fraud and property trespass. He has participated in legislative sessions on behalf of the Defense Bar and lectured on advanced trial techniques and insurance coverage issues.

- Conducted over 200 jury trials and arbitrations involving numerous individuals and business entities.
- Won a defense verdict in a multi-million dollar brain injury trial against a major hotel.
- Successful in minimizing the damage verdict in representing a large developer in a landslide trial.
- Won a defense verdict in a two million-dollar wrongful death trucking accident claim.
- Achieved acceptance of a defense tender during trial in a $13.2 million dollar wrongful death products liability trial.
- Verdict obtained significantly under the offer in a severe burn case involving dry cleaning equipment.
