Professional Experience
Brian has a solid background in civil litigation with an emphasis on defending personal injury claims. Brian began his legal career with the boutique Connecticut Insurance Defense law firm of Ouellette, Deganis, Gallagher & Ward LLC. While there, he gained invaluable experience in all facets of civil ligation including his first trial experience. In a brief departure from the practice of law, Brian spent one year in Bozeman, Montana heading up Montana State University’s Business Process Redesign Initiative. Brian’s practice focuses on civil litigation, emphasizing the defense of personal injury and construction defect claims throughout Oregon.

Outside the office, Brian enjoys getting up into the mountains. Some of his current favorite activities include all forms of cycling, telemark skiing, ski mountaineering, fly fishing, and hiking. This summer Brian hopes to add sailing to his list of favorite activities.
