Professional Experience
Lance Brooks focuses his practice on insurance defense of personal-injury claims. Prior to joining Smith Freed & Eberhard, Mr. Brooks served as an associate attorney at Moore & Associates in Eugene. In addition, Mr. Brooks has served as a law clerk for the Hon. Cynthia Carlson.
