Professional Experience
Glenn enjoys focusing his practice defending personal injury lawsuits in Oregon and Washington. He has gained extensive experience defending all types of injury claims from minor soft-tissue injuries to major catastrophic injuries resulting in permanent paralysis, loss of limb and loss of life. In defending claims of this nature, Glenn has become very experienced in working with medical experts, vocational experts and engineering experts that aid in his clients’ defense. Glenn has developed skills defending claims involving the Oregon Employer Liability Law, the Oregon Residential Landlord Tenant Act, as well as the alleged excessive service of alcohol. Glenn’s practice has provided extensive experience in all litigation areas, including mediation, arbitration and jury trials in State and Federal Courts of Washington and Oregon.

- Represents two multi-national hotel chains and their individual properties in both Oregon and Washington.
