Prior to joining Smith Freed & Eberhard, Molly was a law clerk for an insurance company in Oregon where she performed legal research, writing and analysis on a wide variety of legal issues including personal injury, contract, construction defect and trademark infringement. Molly was also a law clerk for the Lewis and Clark Law School Legal Clinic. She represented clients in tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service. She also externed for the Oregon Court of Appeals and was a pro bono volunteer for the Bankruptcy Clinic in Portland, Oregon.
