Prior to joining Smith Freed & Eberhard, Ming was the legal director of the Oregon affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). He was responsible for all aspects of the state affiliate’s litigation program. Previously, Ming was a senior assistant attorney general for the Oregon Department of Justice where he enforced consumer protection and antitrust laws. Ming also worked for nearly ten years at Perkins Coie in Portland, Oregon where his practice focused on complex business, commercial, intellectual property, insurance coverage and product liability litigation.
