Brian has litigated employment cases on behalf of businesses and employers regarding sexual harassment, trade secret, discrimination and noncompete agreements. Brian also has significant experience litigating business disputes on behalf of national and local businesses.
Brian frequently speaks to businesses and trade organizations on important issues impacting business and employers. Most recently, Brian has had two articles published in the Portland Business Journal, Avoiding Retaliation Claims and Investigation Discrimination Claims. He has also co-presented for the Portland Business Journal’s webinars, “How to Say You’re Fired (And Not Get Sued),” “How to Say You’re Hired” and “The Perils of Employee Misclassification.”
