We accept academically high achieving law students to clerk for our firm from time to time. The experience of a Smith Freed & Eberhard law clerk allows the individual exposure to a variety of litigation matters involving, but not limited to, personal injury, construction defect and business litigation cases. We offer our law clerks a collegial work environment and hands-on, real-life litigation experience and guidance during their clerkship.
